Lunar Birthday Reminder is designed as a local-first iPhone app for remembering Chinese lunar birthdays.

农历生日提醒是一个以本地优先为原则的 iPhone 应用，用来记住中国农历生日。

What data the app uses / App 会使用哪些数据

• Birthday records: stored on your device so the app can calculate reminders and upcoming dates.
• 生日记录： 保存在你的设备本地，用于计算提醒和即将到来的日期。
• Contacts: accessed only if you choose to import a contact into the app.
• 通讯录： 只有在你主动从联系人导入姓名或生日时才会访问。
• Calendar access: used only when you ask the app to mirror birthdays into Apple Calendar.
• 日历权限： 只有在你主动把生日写入 Apple 日历时才会使用。
• Notifications: used only for local birthday reminders.
• 通知权限： 只用于本地生日提醒。

What the app does not do / App 不会做什么

• No account is required for the core product.
• 核心功能不需要账号。
• No custom backend is required for saving birthdays.
• 保存生日不依赖自建服务器。
• No third-party ad SDK or marketing tracker is included in this project at this stage.
• 当前项目未集成第三方广告 SDK 或营销追踪。
• No selling of personal data.
• 不会出售个人数据。

Data sharing / 数据共享

If you choose to mirror birthdays into Apple Calendar and then share that calendar with family, the sharing behavior is handled by Apple Calendar and your iCloud account settings.

如果你选择把生日写入 Apple 日历，再把这个日历共享给家人，那么共享行为由 Apple 日历和你的 iCloud 设置负责。

Your controls / 你可以自己控制的内容

• You can deny Contacts, Calendar, or Notification permission and still use the core local record-keeping flow.
• 你可以拒绝通讯录、日历或通知权限，核心的本地记录流程依然可用。
• You can export and import a JSON backup for migration.
• 你可以导出或导入 JSON 备份来迁移数据。
• You can delete birthday records inside the app at any time.
• 你可以随时在 App 内删除生日记录。
• If you choose to sync a birthday back to Contacts, the app updates only the contact you selected.
• 如果你选择把生日写回通讯录，App 只会更新你选中的那位联系人。
